During these challenging times, I would like to thank all my followers who have shared how much impact the Al Día Today newspaper leadership articles have had in Florida and New York City. I been blessed by giving back to our communities with these leadership articles. It has truly been an honor to share my leadership perspective. I would like to thank you for the comments you have shared and your unwavering support each month. I also must thank the outstanding newspaper staff who have been behind me throughout my tenure with the Al Día Today newspaper for the past decade. I have shared the following before, but people need to be recognized beyond the holiday season, to provide the best atmosphere for success. This practice of recognition represents both the most challenging and the most rewarding activity for any leader.
First, thanks to Javier Molinares, who allowed me to write and be a part of his team. I have to say, when I began this leadership journey, I had little idea how to go about it – or especially, how to write every month on leadership topics and not run out of ideas. The information and sage advice Mr. Molinares afforded me made all the difference in the world. I am happy to say he made me feel valued as a team member of the Al Día Today newspaper. Second, I would like to recognize Rolanda Gallop, for being an avid supporter of mine and the newspaper for many years. Special thanks to my wonderful daughter, Ms. Charlene Kabuanseya, a major in the United States Space Force, for working behind the scenes and assisting me with my work. Above all, to my dear wife Enid, my daughter, and the boys, Ralph, and Erin, thank you for never giving up on me when it was time to sit and write…I love you!
Again, I want to personally thank the readers and followers for their kind words. Your support of the newspaper has been extraordinary, and I appreciate the generosity and the friendship. From my family to yours, our heartfelt wishes to you this holiday season and a safe, healthy, and prosperous New Year 2023!
